PA is a copolymer of methacrylate with acrylic ester. It is recognized that ACR is
an ideal processing auxiliary of UPVC. According to the requirement of technological
process, PA can be added to any formulation of UPVC. Our product is equivalent
to the corresponding grade of American and Japanese companies.

Specifications:
1) Volatility (%): ≤1.0
2) 0.45mm sieve on (%): ≤2
3) Bulk density (g/ml): ≥0.40
4) Viscosity: 3.0 - 4.5

Note:
Processing aid of specific viscosity can be made according to the request of customers.

Property:
The average molecular weight of processing aid ACR is by far higher than that of
commonly-used PVC resin. It's mainly used to accelerate the melting of PVC resin,
change the fluidity of the melting body and improve the surface quality of the products.
