JH-530 is a copolymer of methacrylate with acrylic ester formed after a series ofemulsion polymerization. It is a super- macromolecule copolymer with multi-layer
structure.

Features:
1) In the course of producing low-foamed PVC products, JH-530 may accelerate the
plasticization of PVC, greatly increase the strength of the melting body, thus
the foamed products can keep more well-distributeded and dense air bubbles,
obtain more well-distributed foamed structure, lower density and better surface
quality
2) It is particularly effective for the production of PVC-extruded low-foamed boards,
pipes, and profiles
3) The physical properties are similar to those of K-400 produced by Rohm & Hass,
P-530 produced by Mit. Rayon, 828 produced by LG chem, and PA-60 produced by
Kanegafuchi
